Note: Date for re-exam is April 21. Please remember to register in time!. Also, note the location.
Textbook
Either of the following textbooks is suitable:
- Michael R. Hansen and Hans Rischel: Introduction to Programming using SML. Addison-Wesley, 1999
- Lawrence C. Paulson: ML for the Working Programmer, second edition. Cambridge University Press, 1996
- Jeffrey D. Ullman: Elements of ML Programming, second edition. Prentice Hall, 1997
Lectures
The theory is taught in English in 5 Friday sessions of 2 two-hour-lectures each (13:15-17:00), four in room 1311 in building 1 of MIC, and one in room 2247 (building 2).
All students are expected to start reading the textbook and slides before the lectures.
At the beginning of a lecture, you should have identified an issue which you do not understand, and formulated a question about it.
