RBF Methods for Ice Sheet Modeling

Description

We implemented a meshfree approach to simulate the velocity field and ice surface evolution of the Haut Glacier d'Arolla. We used a global RBF method as well as RBF-PUM to solve the First Order Stokes equations. The code was used to perform experiments for the article "A Meshfree Approach to non-Newtonian Free Surface Ice Flow: Application to the Haut Glacier d'Arolla".
